For my final year at university I put together a team and entered Ludum Dare 40. The point was to add extra forms of production to a normally chaotic Games Jam. Then at the end i wrote an eBook about the experience.

The first half of the book looks at all the pre planning a producer can do and how they can set your team up for the best possible jam. The second half is about the different stages of the Jam and what a producer can be doing to help the team. It also looks at some issues that can crop up and how best to deal with them
